When people think of Habitat for Humanity York County, they often think of volunteering on the build site, or the Kennebunk ReStore. In addition to home construction and the ReStore, Habitat York County is greatly supported by five volunteer-led committees that each require different skill sets. Each committee represents a critical part of Habitat’s work in York County. Committee work can also be a pathway to board membership. At a minimum committees meet monthly for 1-2 hours.
